Terms & Conditions

1. Quotations & bookings

Quotes are based on the information you provide (vehicle type, condition, locations and timing). A booking is confirmed once we accept your instruction and any agreed deposit or payment terms are met.

2. Vehicle condition

You must tell us if a vehicle does not run, has low clearance, modified dimensions, fluid leaks, or other conditions affecting loading or transit. Additional charges may apply if the job differs materially from the booked details.

3. Payment

Payment methods include bank transfer, debit/credit card (subject to a 3% fee) and PayPal (subject to a 2.9% fee). Cleared funds may be required before release of the vehicle unless otherwise agreed for trade accounts.

4. Insurance & liability

Transport is arranged with appropriate insurance cover. Personal belongings left in vehicles are carried at your own risk unless otherwise agreed in writing. Please remove valuables before collection.

5. Access & delays

Suitable access for loading and unloading must be available at both addresses. Waiting time, failed collections, or restricted access may incur additional charges. We will communicate delays caused by traffic, weather or operational issues as soon as practical.

6. Cancellation

Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged where costs have already been incurred.
